After recently refocusing the team's direction, the realisation that pansy-footing around in division 3 and 4 is all well and good for a team a year old, but for one as ancient, and underachieving as VC Montpellier, it's time to knuckle down, hire some talented climbers to complement the puncheurs and get some new equipment and support doct.... staff.
While the occasional vial of illicit substances may be raided from the local pharmacy, it'll be down to the talents of Wayne Slygh and Jaromir Paul to pull in the points whilst the climbing talent search begins. To fund such a lavish search, it'll be necessary to say goodbye to at least one, if not both, the french lead out men. Francois Guilloux and Valery Charbonnier have both a national appearance to their names, although neither have exactly impressed on the World Tour stage. Their expertise most definitely lies in guiding the fast men into the positions they need to be towards the end of a race or stage, so that the team can succeed.
Offers for both are welcome, though a friendly manager is preferred. Or at least one whom can spell. Or type. Or pretend to. Bluffing will work. I'm not that bright after all.
